My coaching is designed to work with couples, individuals or small groups on the phone/skype. Face to face coaching can be scheduled when required. Flexible coaching hours are designed to cater for busy professionals, and stay-at-home parents.
To create your ultimate relationship the coaching I will encourage you to explore yourself, understand what you really want. What is your ideal relationship? What are your dreams and desires? How do you want to feel? What do you want to share and experience together? What to do you want to give to your partner? Where you are in terms of your relationship today? What are your current challenges?
I will guide you to create a common vision with your partner that will inspire, motivate and light you up. You will learn to understand and respect inherent differences, clarify beliefs, values and rules you have for life and for each other. You will start experiencing the peace and calm that comes from restoring trust in each other.
Together we will work to adopt simpler and more empowering rules for your intimate relationship, sometimes small changes bring big rewards.
I believe that the most important aspect to turning relationship around is rediscovering how to have fun and enjoy life together. New experiences will help you bond, add positive topics of conversation to you and give both of you something to look forward to.
You will learn to understand and communicate your most fundamental human needs while understanding and fulfilling your partner’s deepest needs and desires. I believe that developing compassion for ourselves first and then to our partner is important to having meaningful communication.
As your coach I will share with you techniques and proven strategies for succeeding in your relationship. You will feel more energy because you will be less stressed. Your will become more relaxed as you home becomes your nest of love and support.
